SERVICE POLICY

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY:

1-  You have the right to replace or return the goods purchased from Caffhouse Website within 14 days from the date of purchase ,In the case of the following conditions exist:
- The goods to be retrieved or replaced are with manufacturers defect  that can not be repaired without compromising the quality of the good, or the goods are fake, counterfeit or defective or not conform to specifications mentioned on Caffhouse Website .
- The goods should be in carton and in the same condition at the time of purchase with all accessories.
- The goods should be in good condition and capable of being displayed (except for the goods that have been found to be defective, fake or counterfeit).
- Food items (unless expired at the time of delivery) are not eligible for return or exchange.
2- You have the right our dear customer to receive the price of the returned goods in the same manner as it was paid.
3-You have the right to receive the price of the returned goods within ten days from the date of receipt of the goods.
4 - You have the right our dear customer to replace the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that it should be with the original packaging , not used and with the full accessories, and we offer you a coupon with the value of replacement goods to buy any goods from the site of Caffhouse Website.
 

METHOD OF GOODS RETURN OR REPLACEMENT  

1- If the terms of replacement or return are available, if you contact  within two days from the date of receipt of the product, you will contact the management ofCaffhouse Website to receive the product.
2- If the contact is after two days, the customer deliver the product toCaffhouse Website management .
3- The request for return and replacement will be evaluated within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the application
 
 

WARRANTY:

1-Warranty is available for goods whose warranty period has been specified on the product page on Caffhouse Website.
2. To take advantage of the Warranty, please provide the original invoice to the authorized service center for your product as shown below.
3 - Warranty does not include damage caused by misuse, malfunction, breakage, irregular power supply, exposure to fluid materials, and any repairs outside the supervision of the company's workshop.
4-If you are dissatisfied with any maintenance center you have reviewed to take advantage of the warranty of a product you purchased from Caffhouse Website please contact our customer service department and we will make sure to offer you the best service as you deserve.
 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. We will deliver your orders in Kuwait and all the countries of the world through the company's fleet, and from time to time we will use logistics companies to deliver and ship these orders.
